Shipping was very fast. Arrived packed well and secure. Saved alot over new price. Installation was a pain. Installed from cd which removed older version, then had to go online and download again from website to "activate". That took hours with a good connection. With dialup it would take days! I bought this product december of last year (2008) and I thought it would be better than the Norton 360. I owned computers before with Norton 360 starting in 2004 and I thought I would switch it for a while to see how well if fared. Boy was I wrong! I installed it in March or April of this year 2009, and after 4 or 5 months, my computer slowed and my P.C. is now infected with at least 2,000 different trojan viruses (okay that's probably exxagerating) but still! Wow, I will NEVER ever buy Mccafee again! Both my brother's and dad's computer use mccafee and honestly I am not satisfied with it's performance at all whatsoever. I'm going back to Norton. As I have found with McAfee, there are always problems. This time it is "verify your subscription" message at least once a day. I have contacted McAfee via online chat 3 times and although they have tried, they have failed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the McAfee 3 times and now given up. I will get PCcillin from now on. Have it on my other machines and it is transparent.

I rate the site 100%. I received the DVD within a week. Which was considerably early. I also would buy future items with this site. However, I want to tell you about the McAfee Product. He is very good with scans, etc. The downfall with this protection is the length it does take to do a full scan. I have DSL internet, which is considered a fast speed. My new computer has a 4GB memory, and it still takes from 2 to 3 HOURS to complete. Other than that, the security is a good product.
